From my recent experience of shifting my home to my new house in Cochin, Kerala, I begin with clicking some photos of things to be moved and send it to their watsapp business account with necessary details like date , time, pick up location and drop in location etc. They quote a price which was fairly competitive when compared to other service providers. As Google itself provides a list of shifting people, they compete with a better pricing and service. They have several packages and options for short and long distance shifting and we can chose according to our need. I chose a minimal package as mine was for a short distance. I transferred part payment via Google pay and confirmed my booking. They also provided AC technician and carpenter who came earlier than the shifting team to dismantle things and to get prepared for shifting. A 3 member team guided to my home by Google maps reached on time started moving things from 2nd floor of my apartment to ground floor. As my drop in location was just 5kms away, I opted for an inexpensive package which doesnot include wrapping of everything. But the appliances were wrapped in carton boxes and everything were loaded into a transport vehicle . They cleared my house in 3.5 hours of time , taking things from 2nd floor without a lift. For them , unloading and setting up was pretty easy as it was to my new house. The ac technician and carpenter came while unloading and did their job. I personally felt the easiness.
